Little Giant 115 Volt, 1/12 HP, 750 GPH Chemical Magnetic Drive Pump

The Little Giant 3-MD-SC semi-corrosive chemical pump is designed for in-line, non-submersible use and features leakproof, seal-less magnetic drives. The volute, magnet housing, and impeller are made of glass-filled polypropylene, providing excellent chemical resistance. The ceramic shaft and thrust washers are 99.5 percent pure alumina, ensuring excellent wear resistance and trouble-free service. The washers do not revolve, preventing wear on the shaft. The pump shaft is held captive at both ends, assuring perfect alignment of the shaft and impeller and precisely balanced magnets, preventing potential damage during start-ups and stops.

The Little Giant 115 Volt, 1/12 HP 3-MD-SC Chemical Pump is suitable for the movement of moderately corrosive solvents, acids, alkalis, and other chemicals and solutions that are compatible with the material used to make the pump. The pump has an intake size of 3/4" FNPT and a discharge size of 1/2" MNPT, and can pump up to 750 GPH at 1' head. It can handle fluids with a specific gravity of up to 1.1 and with temperatures of up to 150 °F. The pump includes a 6' power cord with a 3-prong plug and features an open, fan-cooled motor that is thermally protected.

The pump is designed for transferring or recirculating semi-corrosive chemicals and solutions, and its leak-proof, seal-less magnetic drives are designed for in-line, non-submersible use. The pump specifications include a maximum flow rate of 750 GPH at 1-ft. lift, 21.9 ft. shutoff, 3/4-in. FNPT intake, and 1/2-in. MNPT discharge. It can handle fluids with a specific gravity up to 1.1 and a fluid temperature of up to 150 degrees F, with an ambient air temperature of 77 degrees F.
